i just recorded a new video of my black widow

i know i don't bend my knee enough and move my head to much, but apart from that any were else i could improve or any tips

also heres a video of my friend bowling hes got a huge back swing and hits the pocket harder than anyone I've ever seen before ( apart from maybe robert smith lol )  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TxIr1jYCCJI

lol...is it necessary to yell "bite" at the ball when it gets to the breakpoint every ball? lol j/k, i do the same thing sometimes.

only thing i noticed that might help you out a little bit...(other than your knee bend) is that your feet sometimes get a little fast. looks like your 2nd and 3rd steps are very hurried. slow those puppies down a little and you'd be amazed what it will do for your accuracy.

hes not shouting bite hes shouting "BOING" we shout that if u leave a 10,9,8,or7 from a pocket hit but we shout it when the balls going down the lane like for a joke

The lack of knee bend is preventing you from laying the ball down smoothly.  To go along with that, you are definitley hitting up on the ball with a lot of force at release.  This may be ok on an easy house shot, but when tougher conditions are out, you want a consistent laydown point and realese point to enahnce accuracy and consistent ball roll.

Slow you timing down and try to keep things more aligned...not so many "moving parts"...as you alluded to with moving your head a lot.
