Don't think much has improved, maybe a little.  I think the firstand third shot is as good as it gets for me right now.  Second shot is not something you'd rarely see if you bowled with me, as far as falling off the shot goes.

Opinions please.

That 2nd shot had you drifting a little more than the others, but on the whole very consistent and not bad at all - speaking as a non-coach, of course.
Steady head, good balance, straight, fairly pendulum-like armswing, no figure 8. Wish I were that good at that age.

Try not to put so much on the ball at the last second. That could lead to inconsistency in your release. Put on it what gravity and your wrist strength allow. Forcing it won't gain you anything except inconsistency.

Hmm, I don't feel that good, thanks for the kind comments.  You're right about the release though.  It's my major downfall and is definitely inconsistent.  I've thought that the main reason for that, however, has been some timing issue and/or my swing.  When watching the video, I don't feel like my swing is as fluid as it could be.  I'm playing around a bit with push away techniques and also where I stand on the approach.

Do you hit your thumb hole? It sounds like it from the vid, just wondering. Not a bad approach at all bud...

Oh, that ball actually has like 6 different grips in it so it's probably flaring all different kinds of ways and hitting one of the other holes.  The reason for that is trying different pitches and what not.

Uh huh, if I could get the ball off my hand clean it would be faster.  although the first three shots are fairly clean compared to what I have a bad habit for doing.  I think my thumb is not getting out quick enough which causes the ball to slow down at release, see it?

Try different thumb pitches.  If you are not coming out clean enough, you could consider it.

you seem to slow your downswing, then accellerate at the release. just an observation

I don't see how charlest can say that you have a free swing. Your swing looks very muscled. It seems like you are trying to control every little thing in your approach. Push the ball up and away like a draw bridge opening, and just let the ball fall. I think you are trying to be too slow and controlled with everything.

do you know your current full span and pitches? Release could use a bit of work...just checking on your ball measurements 1st.

I do.  Span 4 1/4 and 4 1/8.  Finger pitches are 1/4 reverse, 3/8 lateral on both.  Thumb pitch is 1/4 away(I'm probably gonna go back to 0) and 1/8 forward.  Honestly I'm thinking about killing the forward, possibly going with some reverse even.  Span could be a little long but I'm not sure, two different drillers(mine included) measured me at 4 1/4 on both fingers though.

PM me with anymore questions or comments regarding fit.

Tempo looks good...but you look a little rushed at the end of your approach.  Have you tried to shorten your first step?  If you do you may like the results.  good luck!
