Wow! Very smooth delivery, Dude. I wasn't expecting such a smooth and consistent finish when I first saw that exaggerated high backswing. Not bad at all. Good kneebend, and great follow- thru. You have an ever so slight hitch at the top of your swing, but so what. It works for you! keep it going man!

Looks good.  Backswing seems forced at the top though.  Although it would have to be a forced backswing, because there is no way on earth that is a natural free backswing.

Smooth delivery there. What I see is the first three steps look like they are short which in turn account for that hitch in the back swing to bring it all back together in term of timing.Later on you may have problems with your form as you get older like the shoulder and maybe the knee but more so the shoulder.Rick Steelsmith with his high back swing had problems and surgery later on.
I hate ten pins but love the game of bowling with just the right ball to take them out.

When a house bowler misses the mark, misses the break point and strike, for many ppl its called a wallshot. When a pro does that its call adjustment

When a house bowler gets his finger stuck in the ball and fall on the lanes, for many ppl its called lame bowler. When a pro does that its called the Machuga flop! ha i like this one.

Thanks for the comments everyone.. They're definitely appreciated!!

I'd like to work on my backswing being lower, but I'm honestly not sure where to begin with that..

Best place to start with the swing getting lower is to not bend at the waist so much during your approach.. You actually bend over which lowers your head and makes your swing that much higher.. If you were able to keep your head steady and level during the approach your arm could not possibly go that high..

About your backswing and delivery...There is a guy from Oldtown Idaho (Greg Thomas) who was a PBA member for quite a while.  Had a backswing that went over his head (I mean directly overhead).  But you couldn't hear a thing when he put it on the lane.  One of the smoothest players I've ever seen.  I wouldn't worry about the heighth of your backswing w/ your delivery.  Looks perfectly fine to me.

Nice smooth release, just make sure not to drop that ball during the back swing or your going to end up with a broken skull.
