Your timing seems better with a 4-step approach than the 5-step.
On the 4-stepper, your pushaway is pretty much coordinated with your first step. What I would recommend is that instead of dropping the ball then sort of pushing it forward on what appears to be the 2nd step, either just drop the ball on the first without doing what you do on the 2nd step, or push the ball out on the first step (not the 2nd) and just let it swing. When your pushaway timing gets better, you will be able to focus on getting lower at the line and staying down, allowing you to roll (not loft) the ball out onto the lane, hitting your mark more consistently, and NOT falling off the shot.
I think you shouldn't use a 5-step approach, as your timing is way more off than your 4-step approach, which is natural since more coordination is required for that extra step.
You are already a fine bowler, just practice proper fundamentals and you'll get to be as good as you want to be.
