you are inconsistent in your push away which leads to you missing your make to the left. your swing is a little early which is why your foot is still sliding when you release the ball.

in your video why did some your shot go high? ...................because your swing was ahead of your feet. sometimes you drop the ball into the swing too  quick and the ball beats your feet to the release point and you cant get the ball out to your target.
take a  side video of you bowling ( ball side) at least 15 shots and see where the ball is in your swing on the 2nd step . stop the video when your right toe touches the approach on your 2nd step a note on each shot what the ball did .
shot 1 pocket
shot 2 high ect.
on the shots that the ball went high where was the ball in your swing on your 2nd step/

It seems you have a lot of lateral movement in your body.  Not including your approach to the line.   Your body doesn't move very linear therefore increasing your risk for errors.   The more "robotic" Linear you can be the less chance of mistakes to the foul line.  If you stay compact, sturdy and strong, you can throw the same shot time and time again.

... but this also bears the risk of become very tense and forcing everything. I have similar problems and feel that most of my errors stem from "sluggish" body motions, but it is hard to come by because you easily lose the relaxed state you need for a fluid execution when you focus too much on a linear repetition of movements.

Tough job, good luck!
