Here's a quick short video of me throwing one shot. I realize it's not the best angle, its all I could get with my phone by myself haha..
Anyway, just thought I'd see what you all thought. Don't really have to pay much attention to the shot, it was on a sport shot.. the Indiana Masters pattern.

104 views and not a single reply lol.. Any feedback at all is welcomed, good or bad.

It is hard to be too helpful with just one angle on just one shot. A few observations anyway:
Plenty of muscle in the swing. Might improve accuracy with less looping in the swing, but I'm guessing that you repeat shots pretty well.
Head is quite a bit to the right of the ball at release with not much knee bend (at least from this angle). I'm guessing that you fall off the shot when you miss your target, or you miss your target when you fall off the shot.
Best of luck pulling in more feedback!

Agree with above. Missing are the positives I feel.
You are a very strong individual in the bowling sense. Powerful firm delivery! Lots of acceleration and a great flat spot.
I've seen worse competing strongly in regionals and on the tour!
You are no Parker Bohn(freedom of arm swing) or Pete Weber(open hand release) but who is? Your accomplishments match the strength/firmness and flat spot of your release.

Agree with the above comments. Very solid and strong, but the looping has a tenancy to throw off shots when the timing is off a little. Ball is too far to the right on the set up. It should be in line with the right shoulder.

Timing is definitely my biggest issue, if I'm off a hair I'm missing left every time. I have always looped around a bit in my backswing. Id definitely like to straighten things out but its extremely hard to do by yourself. That said, I do repeat shots pretty well for what I'm working with. Thanks for the feedback, I appreciate all comments good and bad. I'll get a better video as soon as I can.
