Two things to think about.....
One, What difference will it make in life if you throw it or not? The sun will still come up tomorrow and you aren't going to get paid $100K for bowling it.
You will feel better but no one else will really care.
Basically there is no need to put all that pressure on yourself.
Second, Figure out what your tendency is when you feel pressure. If you always pull the ball when it counts then adjust by moving your mark 2-3 boards outside your normal target. That way when you pull the ball (2-3 boards) it will be right on your usual mark and you will hit the pocket. Carry may be another issue...
Stay focused and as relaxed as you can be. If you think out loud "what difference does it really make?" you may find yourself in a more relaxed state. BTW once you throw one they don't get any easier.
