You have some very good basics down solid. Good finish at the line, solid release from what i can see. The only think you might want to work on is that your timing is late. Your foot is planted and at the line way before ur arm is down at the point of ball release. This seems to be causing you to muscle the ball to that point. Work on that and you are well on your way bud.

I agree; I think you have the core parts down.  Just keep practicing, specifically on your timing.  I do think that you throw very fast, and all that is unnecessary.  You should focus on keeping your arm swing free.  It can't be a slow backswing and  fast release.  It just doesn't work that way.  You can also try getting a high backswing and then letting your arm go "dead" (if you know what I mean) and your speed will be significantly lower.  You won't believe how much more your ball will hook.  Once you get your timing down, and have found a free armswing, I think you'll be in much better shape.  Nevertheless, great video.  Keep practicing!

i think what it was that day was the lanes were dry so i had to throw it harder than i usually do i only throw it 14-15 mph most conditions. and i do practice a lot i work at a bowling ally lol i get 6 free games mon-fri and 3 a day on weekends.

I second that your timing looks just a tad rushed, generally when lanes are drier for me I tend to do the same thing(fast feet, rushed timing).

btw, I also work in a bowling alley but i'm not limited to how much I bowl as long as it's not excessive i.e 30+ games a day 7 days a week.  I generally only practice maybe 50 games total a week outside of league.
