Not bad overall, just a few points:

The release shots you've included show that on occasion your wrist breaks back, losing tons of leverage, although on the shot of your form, it looked ok suggesting it's not a strength thing (or is, and there's a fatigue problem) it could also be a concentration issue.
In your slide you look like your body weight is moving backwards when you release the ball. I think that if you shorten your penultimate step it might set you up better for the slide, allowing you to commit to it more, and keep all your weight going in one direction. It will also get you to the line a little quicker, meaning you're not on the move as you deliver the ball.

First of all thank you taking time to watch and answer.
A month ago i started with a new coach.

My coach advised me to uncap my wrist to avoid loft and gain speed. Maybe i just don't handle this advice the right way.

Iam afraid its not a strength issue maybe more of a "new to this way of release".

Did not notice that, thank you i will give it a try.

In response to your response regarding the "broken" wrist, I'm sure after some time practising it, you will become more consistent and this will disappear. Good Luck!

also looks like you are pinching it a little bit with your thumb to as you release it that will also kill your release power try making the thumb a tad tighter so u can relax your hand more

The number one thing I'm noticing is your release is late sometimes. You are well beyond your ankle on the video of the form. The point of max leverage is right next to the ankle. If you get past that you lose all your strength and if you are before that you throw it into the ground. Also I would try to focus on keeping your hand behind the ball. You are turning the ball way too early and in my opinion way too much. If directly behind the ball is 6 o'clock, I personally never try to farther outside about 4:30. But that is more of a personal thing. I feel like I get more energy to the pins and a more controlled hook. I also feel like I get more RPM that was as well. Just my $.02
