Generally I think it looks pretty good.

More knee bend, as previously mentioned wouldn't hurt, also depending on how adjustable your timing is, I would suggest a shorter penultimate step. At the minute this step looks rushed.

You could also stand to arrive at the line a little later to give you a little more ball speed. This should be relatively easily accomplished by a slightly more prominent pushaway.

What issues do you think you have? Because we don't know you or your game as well as an actual coach would, as much info as possible is good so we can give better suggestions.

Thanks. Well for starters i just turned 15 and have been bowling for about 4 years. My A game is playing deep but i can also easily change hand positions and play straight too. As far as issues go i think i need to raise my ball speed just a little, but like you said it can be accomplished with an early pushaway. Well i have league in the morning so i will try bending my knee more and starting my pushaway a little early. Thanks for the advice.

I bet you leave a lot of 10 pins if most of your shots are like the first video.

You play the lane too deep for a tweener.

Edit: I'd like to at least explain why to be fair..

Your ball is in the oil for a majority of its travel down lane. So it's storing energy in that phase.

It exits the oil to 'burn' it's energy when it hits friction. Your problem lies in the fact that you are hitting friction too far down the lane.

The problem is, you don't have the rev's to make that work out in your favor. Chris Barnes was quoted as saying his goal on most oil patterns is to find out where he can put the ball to stay in the oil the longest to store energy.

The other half to that equation is finding a break point that compliments the length of oil you are keeping the ball in. So 55' of length with the ball in the oil isn't the clear cut answer. There has to be a happy medium.

Notice in your video how the ball hits the pocket weak. It's not having a chance to unleash its energy since it's in the oil too long. Your ball is hitting the pocket with all the energy stored in the ball. It has the same hitting power it did when it was in the oil. If you let it hit a breakpoint closer to you, it will be unleashing the energy and in effect, destroy the pins with a hard, flush shot. You'll actually get messengers and you don't have to be a cranker to have that benefit.

Move right and go more down and in for your 'A' game. Your 'B' game should be inside and only on specific conditions.

You'll get more flush shots and have a better chance of kicking that 10 pin out.

There is nothing so easy to learn as experience and nothing so hard to apply.

Hard to tell what your rev rate is from that angle, probably around 250ish I would guess.
