You struck on every shot. I say you're doing fine.

Some knee bend would help a little. I also see you try a little to hard at the bottom of the swing. I have the same problem. Thats what I see anyways, everything else looks good. It would be nice to see some of the shots that you didn't strike on, that way we could see what happens when you don't throw the ball the way you want.

masturbate more. ur wrist is weak and loosing revs. Keep it tucked in a bit, doesnt really matter how much but ur thumb should be pretty relaxed in the thumb hole. ur thumb is probably swollen up pretty big too on the sides cause only way u can throw a ball like that is by gripping it. But u got a nice swing and foot work, small drift to the right on the slide.

You MIGHT be muscling the ball.  With a backswing as high as that, you don't need to use your arm to pull it down.  Let your arm go dead and the ball do the work.  This will also reduce the tendency you have to jerk your head a little.

Interesting to see that you manage a slide despite the rather straight knee. Good timing on this - but I second MonsterCrank: maybe try a little (more) knee bend throughout teh approach, it looks to me a little as if you bend from your waist, catching all the forward-moving upper body in thsi area as if there was a rope tied around your belly, and upper and lower body just want to go forwards but simply can not. Could cause some release inconsistencies.
A little knee bend and some "half-sit" position of your hips would be moving your body's CG backward, leaving more room for approach momentum distribution into the lower body (slide). But that's just suggestion, otherwise looks good and fluid to me.

Monster,

Knee bend has always been my number one thing...i just struggle with it and unfortunately have adapted my game to it...i think if i work hard at it (and dont half-ass it) i could get it done!

I will try and get some non-striking shots for you then!

A good shining point tho.....way to keep the path of your release in a straight line with your body and close to your ankle. John Jowdy and others say the ball should be within 4" of your ankle when releasing. Yours looks excellent, Brit!

Six,

This has always been my shining point, my swing plane and release point stay pretty consistant shot to shot, that is untill i bank one off my ankle every couple of months lol (i do it a few times a year and it is NOT pretty)

J,

Yes my wrist is weak!  It may appear i am gripping it but believe me there is not much grab at the bottom of the swing...if there was i wouldnt be able to get out of the ball as well as you see...my pitches allow me to stay very relaxed with little/no grip pressure through the entire shot but if i grab it at the bottom at all it gets ugly so i have learned to stay relaxed with my release. My thumb has actually gone down since i switched to the more relaxed grip (Thanks Del!) I will try to get some close ups of my release tho!

Dont worry im getting married in a few weeks, that will take care of that problem

Thanks for the tips dizzy and spinner!

Thanks everyone and keep them coming guys!

you threw some great shots. the only thing i see is that you're kind of muscling the ball and you're a bit upright. bend from the knee a little more. as for the armswing, just loosen up a bit and dont grab it at the bottom of your swing. just let gravity do its thing. other than that, great bowling!

NEWS FLASH!!!! bar, i don't know if know it or not, but if you're getting hitched soon, you'll be getting to know that right hand alot better after you get married. pretty soon you'll be cupping that wrist like tommy jones. it's like the joke goes. " why are all girls smiling while they are walking down the isle of the church?" answer. " no more BJ's.  just kidding (sort of) ( not really ). congrats anyhow. i would say maybe just a shade more loft. i have a tendency to set mine down early too, but i notice with a little more loft, i stay behind it better and am more accurate, plus i can get more lift in it. arm swing looks good.
