You're a 5-stepper.
Stand up front on the approach, and take short steps to get to the foul line.
Your pushaway is just ever so slightly after your 2nd step, which in your case is OK, because as you get to the line you stay put and wait for the ball to get decent leverage.
Because of your slow steps, you generate average speed (not speed dominant), but your revs and speed seem to match up pretty well (based on the 2 shots you've posted).
Short steps and short backswing equal patience, which usually equals accuracy.
As long as you remember this fundamental: move in the direction of your miss, you'll be a good bowler, perhaps even excellent if you put in much time and dedication.
