you still looked better inside on monday then going up the lane.
 
the only problem with you is keeping the elbow behind the ball.

You are very solid at the foul line which is a huge plus, I would suggest controlling your push-off and not muscling through the ball during your release. You can tell that you are a power player, try not to muscle the ball but to let it flow. Maybe after you get your push-off under control this will help you have "better arm swing" timing at the release point.
