Tropical Storm Video
« on: November 25, 2007, 01:22:58 PM »
Here is a video I made today of me shooting my "newish" Tropical Storm. I had a lot of room for error as you will see.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y5ze3nb-3oE

During this video I shot a 8 game set of:
171,214,243,206,299,180,226,204 = 1743 - 217 average

Any comments or Suggestions on my game are always welcome..

I have a picture as I am not good at explaining drillings.

First off love the song. I have that on my MP 3 Player. Secondly, I have one and that thing friggin hooks. I thought it would be a weaker ball and that thing is not even close to it.It keeps its energy very nicely down the lane. Its a nice cheap ball to have

Yeah, I Agree. I wanted a light oil ball out of it. It is deffianity not that but I love the reaction. Im ussally a down and in bowler in this house with a ball that has a nice even arc (circle tilt). This is my first actual skid/snap ball and I love it. I shot 299 with it on sunday. I might just have a new league ball.

Keep your feet under 90MPH and your balance will improve a bit more. Tropical saves itself for the last 5-10 feet in my area and is a good med/dry cond ball. For places that put out less volume, somebody with some hand i think could make this a decent league ball.

That was my buddy. He just wanted me too put that in there for some reason. Yeah I know about my foot speed. I have to be reminded of it alot but that is why I am in youth league and have coaches. The shot is a very very very easy THS shot. There has already been 4 300's and two 800's. Myself this year, I have a 286 in league and a 299 in pratice. The shot keeps the league bowlers coming back and thats whats keeping it open and I like my job being that I work there too haha.

I guess I should also mention. This house shot is DRY. I have too shoot it hard. Well it scores better there just too speed up.
