Yes my backswing is high. Tell me something i dont know.

Lanes were very wet inside and dry outside, if u got it out of 8 it would hook up early and go face or brooklyn.

How heavy of ball are you tossing? Shot looks decent to me,Like you said your back swing is out of control looking. You all seem to be overall to fast to the line. If you are tossing a 15 or 16 pound ball remind me not to pick a fight with you lol.

i would guess hes throwing 15 pounds at least, i throw the ball almost the same just on the other side. i throw a 15 pound ball for a strike shout around 18-19 spares are around 25 mph.

its not easy to evaluate with only 8 seconds and 1 shot... you do manhandle the ball well you must be a strong guy...

I have a high backswing like this, might be a little smoother throw the shot though.  I'm 6'3 140 so I would hardly say I'm a strong guy lol.  Although I wouldn't advise picking a fight with me either, I bite.
