wow steady head level, very good coordination and smoothness

if theres nothing weird happening you should average pretty high

When a house bowler misses the mark, misses the break point and strike, for many ppl its called a wallshot. When a pro does that its call adjustment

When a house bowler gets his finger stuck in the ball and fall on the lanes, for many ppl its called lame bowler. When a pro does that its called the Machuga flop! ha i like this one.

1. Don't overextend your pushaway
2. Might consider a little more knee bend on your slide leg
3. Your non-bowling arm simply hangs at your side after the pushaway. Get that arm out. Use it as a counter balance.

These are not in order of importance, and are just suggestions.

One thing that I would do is on your left arm, get your thumb down, it will keep your left shoulder in front and help not pull the ball as much on errant shots. If you dont know what I  mean, go watch Barnes throw a shot and watch what he does with his left arm, his palm actually completely turns up.

It also looks like you pull the ball up in your backswing. With your pushaway it should be pretty easy to have a loose armswing.

You look pretty good!

I agree will pate that it looks like you muscle the ball to get it high in the back swing. Perhaps you can achieve a high back wing by improving your footwork instead.

My Take: Don't fool with anything, your approach is Solid! The only thing and it's a small item, as your backswing is moving into your final swing, your Elbow does bend, this can make the difference between an early rev or extra length but everything else looks great, don't tinker with perfection like Rocker wants!

I don't "want" him to change anything. It's up to him. Those were just my suggestions (all stuff that highly respected coaches have told me to do, including Teresa Ross, Mark Baker, and Joe Slowinski, to name a few).
