Well there are a couple of things that need work on. Firstly you are releasing the ball far to early, maybe even dropping it slightly. Trying to identify the cause of this (timing issues, ball fit/weight etc) is hard to tell so you would need to get someone where you bowl to have a look at you/your equipment.

Also you need to bend you knee a bit more at the point of release as you are too stiff/upright at the foul line, this may also stop you doing that little hop thing,i know this as when I was young it was something I did on a regular basis.

I would have got away with it if it was not for those pesky kids (Behind my lane) and those blasted 10 pins.

on the shots that your ball hit Brooklyn or high on the head pin watch you sliding foot. you will see that it keep moving trying to keep your balance or it is turned sideways. it looks like the ball is out of your hand before you're done sliding. on the balls you rolled for a strike your push away was a little higher which made the ball get to your release point later and you kept your balance.

It looks like your speed on the approach might be what is throwing off your balance at the finish. Try bringing the ball out in your setup, to allow the ball to fall into the swing, vs. having to wrap around your body.
