I'm no where near being on tour but hope to progress my way up there one day. I've only been bowling for about 2.5 years. I'm doing ok, but I have a bad back and that really kills me on form so...I don't know if I'll make it but hopefully.

None taken, but like rhbowler07 said thats the only patterns we have gotten to here recently. I have other videos, one being on the Chameleon with my Nsane. I don't have an option to layout what pattern I want, I only get the option of whats laid out for that league night. We do cheetah x2, viper x2, chameleon x2, scorpion x2, then shark x2 in that order so just hold your horses and I'll have them all out there. As far as it being easy on the cheetah and viper I have to disagree. I really hated those patterns, when we went to the chameleon I avg about 40 pins higher then I did on the other 2 patterns. The longer they are the better off I am. I actually love the shark, its a pretty easy pattern because I have a Total Shock & awe that eats that pattern alive.

Besides envy is a bad thing. I hate to see it when people can't play anywhere on the lanes and then try to criticize others on the versatility that they themselves lack.

Well I don't know about that. The viper plays very similar to the house shot but with a lot of less miss room. The video shows it on a Fresh pattern and I couldn't play up the first arrow with the levrg because of the surface so I had to play inside. Have you never watched the PBA or looked on their site. Clearly states you can score from any angle on the lane. Why not keep it close to what Im doing on a house shot? Doesnt that make it less confusing?

Thanks, I have only been bowling for 2.5 years and this is my first time on the PBA lanes. People like "the illusion" is loaded with envy because I've accomplished more in 2.5 years then he has the whole time hes been bowling. (however long thats been, don't know and don't care really)

Thats on the PBA shots for the cheetah and the viper, two patterns I hate the most. The tournaments around here are not laid out with the PBA shots. At our center they only lay down the THS of 40'. The other bigger tournament I bowled in was a 42' heavy modified house shot with little miss room and I had an avg of 279 for 5 games which we had to drive 2 hrs one way to get to. So we don't bowl on really tough shots too often.
What i don't understand is how some of you guys on here are so quick to criticize someone else but if someone says something about you, they have committed a sin. At least Im out here trying to help others with showing what a ball can do. I might not be the best and not the most experienced but at least I try.

HAHAHA......I hope to see you at JOG this year.....and from you other post about how you can win playing any line, Id like to see you play right of 20 on ANY PATTERN.....because unless you have some crazy second form that you can use to play straight, I doubt the ball will see right of 15.

Not bashing you or anyone else but if you really want to take it to the next level when you bowl on the house shot focus at a target on the lane not just look right and throw the ball I mean pick a board and really focus. Once you start hitting your target everytime You will take your game up and be better on sport shots. If you miss target and strike it was a bad shot even though it struck. Just focus and try to hit a target. Move around on the lanes swinging it going straight and so on. Also anybody that will every be good will always shoot spares straight on sport shots you cannot hook at spares because there is no free hook on the lane. I bowled a pba experience league during the summer They do use different oils on the regionals and it is laid out different as well. Just because the pba website tells you that you can attack from all angles that means nothing. Depending on lane surface and oil used means everything. Also I have never seen the shark pattern swung out to the first arrow. Maybe pipe it straight up five toward the pocket. The shark 98% of the time has to be played deep inside. Again not trying to bash anyone or trying too toot my own horn I am just saying If you want to get great you will need to learn how to focus on a target I can tell now you are not it looks like you are just looking to the right and throwing it down there.
Yes, im a good house bowler because Im not having to focus on a particular spot, and these guys for some reason can't understand why I have high scores and stuff like that, which doesnt matter to me cause I know where I've been and know what I have done.
As far as swinging the shark, I wasn't talking about swinging the lane. I'm talking about playing straight up at the first arrow because the illusion says I can't do it. And no I don't look right and swing it, its just a video. I do not bowl the same way in league as I do in videos always because the videos are shot during my practice time and I'm not always playing the lane exactly like they should.

Thanks, I thought I must have left that part out but I didn't in my topic post. I don't think most of the people know how to come on here and say anything nice, maybe it makes them feel bigger because they put people down, I dunno. I do these videos just to kind of show what the ball will do and everyone has to focus on me. I didn't name the video, look at my style, I named it something to do with a bowling ball. I do need practice and I will practice some more on getting a certain spot to hit and probably not do many more vids because people are so ungrateful and doesn't appreciate nothing you try to ever do.
