how many fingers and arms did you use in the past!

If it was two arms....why would you switch to 1?

it was one arm (maybe 1.4 ) with two fingers. And way too unpredictable... I was shooting one 200 and then 5 o6 lowgames (150 range) and then maybe one more higher score.

Now I am solid in the 180 range during training and believe it or not higher during league as I am more concentrating and sticking with what works... during training I am trying around etc.

But for me it was fun going back to those days... and believe it or not... sometimes I have the feeling it was more fun back then...

the first videos looked like someone who throws it carelessly

then starts looking better

but as i usually say, if u want someone to judge u how u form is, do the following.

go to ur center, ask for a EVEN numbered pair since u r righty

tape at least from 2 points of view:

1 from the back
2 from ur bowling side, thats because nothing between ur swing and the camera
--------------------
When a house bowler misses the mark, misses the break point and strike, for many ppl its called a wallshot. When a pro does that its call adjustment

When a house bowler gets his finger stuck in the ball and fall on the lanes, for many ppl its called lame bowler. When a pro does that its called the Machuga flop! ha i like this one.

When you are at your point of release, your hand is on top of the ball. I would work more on keeping your hand behing it. Watch videos of Tommy Jones, Bill O'Neill, Sean Rash, Pete Weber and such, and watch their release. They keep their hand behind the ball as long as they can, and then come around it.

Just my thoughts.

I would also say to try and keep your arm closer to your body on the downswing. Watch those same people.
