this is what happens  when i throw the ball really hard

You have a lot of muscling in your swing, particularly at the point of release. Your feet are good in regards to your timing, which for most people who muscle the ball is a problem. Another thing you should work on is that leg kick of yours. I can see that you are a big guy and are pretty tall (or so it seems from the videos) but that leg kick has got to come down. It is a result of the muscling and force you apply right at the point of release. Tame down that extra umph at the point of release to work on lowering that leg kick.

well im not tryin to be picky but your armswing goes wayyy behind your butt almost to the right side of body. and im not a big fan of the floating leg u got either. i feel if your left leg were on the ground ud have better balance and u could make a better more consistant shot.

I haven't watched your video yet, but guessing from the other comments, all your problems stem from a muscled swing.

The floating leg is a direct problem caused by muscling the ball.  Loosen up the swing, and the leg will stay down, your balance will be better, and you'll be able to repeat shots easier.

And now I am off to watch your videos.....

Okay I have now viewed all of your videos.

A power playing lefty, isn't that an oxymoron?

Need to loosen up the armswing.  Once you can do that and not try so hard to hook the ball, everything else will fall into place.  Keep working because you're not that far off.

Also remember todays equipment is made to hook, so maybe lay off the bottom a little and see what happens.

Best of luck to you and like I said keep working....

In your stance, hold the ball a little bit more in front of your body, and use a push away that goes more in front of your body than to the left.  The idea is to get the ball no further right than in line with your head at the top of the swing.  At this rate, I'd be very surprised if you could play up the boards if you had to.

ok thanks for all the comments... ive worked on my push away mostly to get my armswing straighter and loosein the armswing up a bit to get some of the muscle out of it... ill hopefully have new videos this weekend to give an update.. again thanks for the comments and help

edit:just some general info
while working on this my speed and revrate have decreased and have been matched even better with my ball speed now 17 instead of 19 the ball is hitting harder from them matching up so well. My spare shooting has greatly improved probobly by 100% missing only 1 spare tonight and it was a 7 pin that i forgot to put a piece of tape in my spare ball i even picked up the 3-6-7-9 and the 2-4-7 twice shooting 681 i know nothing great but i just felt like i bowled 10x better than i have
