Seemed like the more you stayed up the back of the ball the better it rolled? Hard to tell on video.

Yeah, I've been working on staying consistent with my release. I've been pretty bad on sport shots because of my inaccuracy, so my coach has been helping me out with staying consistent. Mostly, it's just practicing a consistent release.
Song is Wolfmother - "Woman" (It's on the game Guitar Hero 2. My brother has been playing it and I can't get it out of my head).

ball looks decent, but nothing special IMO, thanks for putting up the vid though. oh and just to say it, it looked to me that you try way too hard, and that could be why your having problems with consistacy... just a thought

Cool thanks for answering the song question.
I can definately relate to what you are saying about a consistent release as I catch myself every so often with this problem. I can adjust my hand position in a number of way but can't say what my normal or starting positon should be.
