first of all.. bvp stands for brunswick value performance.. just thought i'd correct that.
Pros: Excellent in mid to dry conditions. Good carry through, likes to keep the pins low. When the ball gets going there's no stopping it.. it seriously punishes the pins
Cons: A little bit of oil throws the ball out a LOT. Not a ball i would start out with, but only use when the lanes are broken down more.
This was my first purchase when i started bowling. It was good when it came right out of the box, especially because my average score jumped from 100 to 150, but as the title suggests, this ball is a value performance ball, meaning it's mid-range performance. The back end isn't bad for it's price, it has a pretty impressive angle, but when i started bowling with my other balls, this ball kind of started to get out of focus. I would use it only if the lanes are too dry for my high performance balls.
