The ball has some plug work, but I believe it was just to move the thumb to the current layout and that most of it is covered by the new hole. The cover on this ball is mint. It basically looks brand new. The pin is currently under the middle finger (RH), and the mb is below and to the right of the thumb hole. It has grips and a urethane thumb slug.
