i am currently looking for a ball that hooks big on oily lanes. i am a left hander, ball speed is 18 to 20 mph. i usually stand on middle dot and throw ball down 5 board. as you can tell i put more speed than revs. can you please suggest some choices along with layout to help me? when lanes are oiled long i have hard time getting the ball to face the pocket. all suggestions would help.

i know this says that u want brunswick stuff, but really, from what ive heard, the lane 1 SCB=massive heavy oil hook. But since every single one of their balls is like 400 dollars (exaguration), you would probobly want to get something much cheaper. I believe that a xxcel from ebonit would be great. I threw one, and my god. On stacked drilling this bad boy freaking hooked, and we were on med oil. Then they put out a u.s. open shot for us, where if u threw past 10 board on either side, with the other balls u went and skidded into the gutter, but this bad boy bit through the oil and was able to make it back to the pocket.  I think this is ur best bet, and you can even get a Big Time and dull it to like 600 grit and then drill it very aggresive
