C-System
« on: November 06, 2009, 09:38:41 AM »
Just picked up a C-System for $55. It's drilled 3 1/2" pin to PAP pin next to ring finger. MB 5.5" from PAP. Box condition. How should I expect it to react? I'm a stroker with around 250 RPM and 15 MPH ball speed. Good axis rotation. I'm hoping it goes below my Strike Zone and above my Burn. Thoughts?

The C-System should fit right in between your SZ and Burn. It will be longer and flippier than the SZ, but will have an earlier, more pronounced midlane read than the Burn. It should handle less oil than the SZ, but more than the Burn.

It sounds like you're not matching up with the ball. That doesn't mean the ball is bad or that you suck. If you drill enough equipment it's bound to happen.

A lot of people are saying good things about it....just not me.  I also thought the Black Widow sucked and everyone loved that too.

back to back 279's with the C-system. Sounds like a match-up problem freakin10. I stopped using Big B after getting crap like the MAxxxx Zone and the Twisted Fury Destruction and vowed to never use Brunswick again, but the new stuff is pretty awesome.ooking for a Siege now!!!!!

I got a brand new one for free after a bowler dumped it in frustration at leagues.  The ball works fantastic for me.

I took my surface to 1000 abralon  .. that seems to be the deal with the layout I put on the ball.

It is so strong off friction ..... almost too strong.

One more idea, rough buff? If 4000/polished/lane shine is too strong, Rough Buff, a compound as opposed to a polish, might provide an answer.

I hope you get comfortable with the ball.

C-system has been nothing short of awesome.. For me its just needing to put it away once the condition its designed for has went away. I love it so much, I just keep trying to make it work.. haha. I have never liked a ball this much.. its crazy.
