? on Drillings from Dallas
« on: January 22, 2005, 03:28:56 PM »
I noticed that for the most part, guys are drilling Pin to PAP Distances at least 4-5 1/2 inches.  I am wondering is that just for this condition or is it normal?

Because I usually can't get a 3 3/8 or 4 inch drilling to hook much out of any ball.  I have a low track.  PAP of 4 inches over and 1/2 up.  I'm noticing that the other low track players, Fagan and Bohr still use these long Pin drillings and the pin is on the left side of their fingers.

I don't currently have a ball with the pin on that side of the fingers and I'm wondering if maybe I should.  Your thoughts...?  Thanks

dont' compare yourself to a pro...they have much more revolutions than you do which allows them to get away with further pin to pap distances....play YOUR GAME
