My idea the Fire Zone???
« on: January 25, 2005, 05:18:57 AM »
The custom ball thread we have made me think of this, but this would be something for brunswick to make themselves.  Tell me what you think.

Mushroom core like in the quantums, stretch the cap of the mushroom horizontally to create the assymetry.  Fire red pearl cover either Activator, Activator+ or Pk18 pearlized.  BOOM you have the Fire Zone.  Yes I am bored at my job but I like it. Best of the zones best of the quantums hmmmm.

I should just quit bowling, oh wait I already tried that.
Now that I am back and my Saws are sharp again, I am ready to cut some wood.

SO basically a slightly different, asymmetric backdraft?  Sounds nice.

Well I guess but I figure since brunswick just remade some zones and the just strectched the old zone core this wouldn't be that much of a long shot for them to actually make.  Like I said though yes the ball thread made me think of it.

How about you just create your own comapny and have Brunswick make them?

Nah too many ball companys now I don't want a piece of that pie.  If I had like way more money than I needed I would do it in a hurry.

I am a big fan of the name that andy mentioned "Backdraft Inferno" maybe? for another ball of course....hmmmmm and I would also say throw on a new Activator or Activator+ pearl particle coverstock with the original inferno core.

At this rate name for balls will run out but the ideas you guys guy are good. something that should be looks into to make. i hvae an idea since this came up how about a core combining the quamtum mushroom and inferno core with a new activator. shoot if you turn it assymetrical you can name a ball the dead zone. or just go with like a supreme inferno or perfect inferno. just an idea. like a new particle pearl activator or just the original. we have all thses good ideas yet we dont get paid for it lol. bruns guys let me know what ya think

Producing an unsurpassed coefficient od restitution, and powering Fire through the pins with unstoppable action. Combine that with Fire's Hook Potential - 17 - and you've got all you need to burn the competition.

FIRE SPECS: Length: 4.5;Backend: 10+; Track Flare Potential: 7.6; Hook Potential: 17-9 (dull/shiney); Center Heavy/Cover Heavy: 3.2.

I know what a fire quantum is(and I know they are available) and I don't want one I was just trying to think of a good ball for Brunswick to add to their current zone line up.
