Absolute and Impulse
« on: May 04, 2005, 12:03:27 AM »
Hello all I have an absolute inferno and it is a great ball. A friend of mine is trying to sell me his impulse. I was wandering if this to balls compliment each other very well? I know allot depends on drilling and cover prep but was just looking for some general feedback from people who have both.

Thanks, cooksey

I have an Impulse in box condition, drilled with the "dry" layout from the drill sheet.  I also have an Absolute, also in box condition, drilled 5" by 5", pin above fingers, no XH.  For me, these two complement each other rather well;  I'll use the Impulse when I need to go more direct or when there is a well-defined dry area to the right or down lane, and the Absolute when I need to open up the midlane more or when I have to move deeper on the lane.

Hope this helps.
