Title: Absolute Inferno Layout/Reaction
Post by: MegaMav on September 26, 2005, 04:37:16 AM
i just purchased this ball on ebay($85 shipped)
and has the same exact span as mine.
i was wondering, with the current layout (im not going to redrill it), what kind of read/reaction will it have?

http://i6.ebayimg.com/01/i/05/01/37/c8_1.JPG?set_id=7

right now i have an original inferno with a 4L layout.
i use it on thursday nights, very difficult long/thick lane conditions, i have to play the original inferno pretty much straight up 2nd arrow, lower speed (14-15 mph), anywhere left or right will cause it to skid past the breakpoint.

will this layout and activator+ coverstock w/ OOB condition, will i have more room to shoot?

thanks!

Eric

Not sure what the pin-pap distance will be for you, but it will most likely end up close to being a standard label leverage drilling. It will flare alot and pick up in the late midlane, but have a moderately weaker backend than balls with cg's kicked out and extra holes.

my PAP changes with different releases.
for my go to release, i guess you could assume the average 5" out.

    what im really asking is:
will it be more aggressive in the midlane than my Original Inferno?
