wut should i put this at to make back to original finish jus  brunswick roughbuff or a abralon pad or? to make it come back to regualr finish

Wow Search button or even just looking at the first page of the brunswick section could have answered your question, or even going and looking on the brunswick site.

Absolute: sand to 220 grit and apply (a healthy dose of) Brunswick's Rough Buff.
