I had the TPU-X since they came out and I love them, very comfortable.  The only concern that I have with it is that the TPU material on the non slide shoe is very soft, so it wears out super fast if you drag your toe, which I do.  This also caused the bottom of this shoe to catch on the front so now it flaps a little and catches the approach when I drag.  Other than that, these shoes are very comfortable and right up there with the 3G Tour Ultras.
The new colors are so tempting, I like the white/black ones!!!

We realize the toe material is pretty soft and are working towards a solution.

One of my savvy Staffers in AK had the same issue, he put some blue turbo tape along the front and it really helped him out.

You can almost never go wrong with the White & Black color scheme. The only thing about them is that they get dirty relatively easy.

They aren't available until 9/1. Black/red pair won't be available until 8/1

Thanks Nick, I'll try some Vise tape and see if it holds.

September?  Omg, that's a long time to wait, but it'll be worth it I'm sure.

You can also take a slide sole of any type cut a piece off and glue it to the front of the shoe.  I did that months ago and haven't had a problem since.

Thanks Chris, I may have to do that.  The velcro on the very front doesn't grab anymore, so the tip flaps just enough to catch the approach.  Either do that or just glue the front down permamently.  I wouldn't change the sole anyway so that would be a viable option if it comes off any more than it is.  Right now, it's managable because I don't catch it a lot, just a couple times if I drag my foot too much.
