Any crankers throw the Avalanche?

Thoughts/Comments on this series?  I've seen some videos on it and I'm quite impressed.  Are any of you still able to play the outside, down and in line?

I'm looking to use a ball for the medium/dry, without having to give it some ungodly, silly looking layout.

I have an Avalanche Pearl I use on THS league nights.  Skid/snap down and in.  

I love the ball.  Even the skid/snap is very predictable (for me).  I'm a tweener/stroker so unless I hit it right, I will leave solid 10 pins all night.  

I hope to have some new vids up this week.

I love the solid and the Slide...the original pearl was too over under for what I bowl on...

For me, the solid is tamer (pin under bridge-4" pin with hole on PAP) than the Slide (pin above bridge-5" pin no hole)...a pretty good compliment to each other...

Thanks.  I'm going to give the Pearl a try.  I love the specs on it, plus I love pearl coverstocks.

I have the pearl and love it.(got it NIB in a trade) I drilled it aggressive because I usually bowl on a little heavier oil even when they break down.

It rolls great. Clean through the heads and strong on the backend. Will hang in oil if it catches some down lane. Other then that it is a great ball to put some hand in and get all you can get.
