Brunswick brands for the win

Surprised nothing has been said about The win.Nice to see Rash and Ogle represent.Big B are making some great equipment.Actually I think all brands are kinda catching up with Storm.

Bought a Creed Rebellion,Hitman enforcer and my buddy picked up a Kingpin gold and we both are very pleased with them. I think it's great that storm and global are making some great stuff as it forces other companies to up their game and I get stuff cheap that performs as well as Storm/Global.

The discussions on these fourms are mostly Storm/Global so it's a little dull after awhile rehashing all the storm topics.

As for Hammer it's mainly balls with a widow core or the hot sauce core.

I'm considering another urethane as my Thunderflash backends way to much. Don't see anything of interest in the B line though.

Glad you're enjoying them. I personally enjoy the motion from the Creed core and my original Creed has gotten a ton of use.

Urethane hasn't been a big tool for me. The only time I really needed to use it was on a 26' pattern and Kegels Easy Street pattern.

I've heard good things about the tactic control but I don't have much first hand information on it. The BTU Pearl got a lot of love from people but got discontinued fairly quick. I'd say if you can find one, I'd go that route with the BTU Pearl

I don't dislike Belmo, but it doesn't disappoint me when he doesn't win.  I was happy for Rash and Ogle, who really throws it beautifully.

It's nice to have bowling on TV to watch...

 If you are thinking urethane Brunswick True Motion is as good as anything else urethane.Has enough diff to flare more than the hammers low diff and the pitch black.I have had the newer black hammer and blue hammer and 900 global booyah.For me True motion is stronger.
 But really unless you are truly bowling on 37ft or less patterns urethane is very hit or miss.Longer patterns you may bowl ok first game or so but when the carrydown occurs get ready to flat 10 all nite.
 Best dry lane option i have found is the Twist weaker cover and very low diff.I can camp out all nite in the friction on our wet/dry ths.And there's my 2 cents worth if it matters.

I agree that carry with urethane is always hit or miss but when I'm fighting flying backends I find it a good option to stay respectable.

The re-release of the Vapor Zone has been a winner for me.  It's the only Brunswick ball I have drilled in the past 7 years that has been worth a damn.  It got so bad, I gave them up but once the VZ came out, I had to try it.

For the rest of their stuff, I am still reluctant.  The Quantums were/are really bad for me .. they should give away a free bowl of soup with those balls instead of a bag.  Honestly, since the Infernos, Assym Zones, and BVP lines disappeared they haven't had anything to write home about.  THe only exception I had was the black/red Nexus.  NOTHING was ever as good as the Infernos, Zones and BVPs.  I really hope they get better, as I still have a warm spot in my heart for Brunswick stuff.  They made me a lot of money in the past.

Brunswick has been good to me. I always come back to the lower end equipment cause it keeps me out of trouble all the time. The original Fanatic is a god-send for me. I go thru stretches where i want higher end equipment and while good some of the time, most of the time its strike or split city for me. All of the Fanatics except for the SS i have bowled well with. BTU and BTU Pearl were phenomenal. Im actually trying to stock up on these and store them away for later. I want to try the Cutting Edge's and see if they are similar to the Fanatics or maybe a tad more for when i encounter some heavier stuff, maybe eventually.

+1 to lower end equipment generally.  Except I went the route of buying old PK18 and Activator stuff to use on house shot.  Sure isn't lower end strength wise even today as have to polish most of them.

Brunswick definitely making some good stuff right now. Just got a dv8 creed rebellion as well that rolls so smooth. It gives me a look that I don’t have with my storm, rg. balls. Ball will be in my bag for nationals in Vegas. Tons of vapor zones in my area that look great, along with some radicals. Conspiracy also looks good.  Lot of companies stepping up to the plate now. Good for the game, market.

I got the turmoil solid for sport conditions, keeping it with all its wonderful OOB surface. I had a nice line practicing on the 2017 usbc open pattern. I’ll be using it tonight for the same pattern for our sport league.
