Anyone ever seen a Viz a ball blem?
« on: December 13, 2007, 06:32:28 AM »
I have never seen a VAB blem, but some we have been getting the printing is pretty faded or the sides don't match up. i don't complain about it i just ask the customer if it bothers them.

but anyways back to the point:

http://www.bowlingdeals.com/Product/6032/info.html?PHPSESSID=6f8dced5693f02882c010797c2221532

i got the bowlingball.com email and they have VAB blems. doesn't give details of why they are blems. i can only imagine, maybe they are werid weights or the colors are lousy.

any product experts going to answer this one?

We've seen a few.  Some were faded colors (alot of phazing in the Philadelphia Eagles and Pittsburgh Steelers 2nds I've seen on the east coast), and some were as simple as midweights like 15lb 10-12 oz.

Kinda a grab bag.  On a Viz, I think it'd be hard to sell a customer if it looked bad.  If they're really cheap you can always throw them on the Haus and sell them as "Cue Balls" at a discount.
