I don't know if 4 balls will get you where you need. I once set up a five ball Brunswick arsenal. It went like this:
Fury (Heavy oil-strong arc)
Absolute Inferno (Medium heavy oil-skid/snap)
Wizard (Medium oil-strong arc)
Power Groove Dry/R (medium light to light oil-skid/snap)
Target Zone (Spare ball)
But that's just what I feel. You could just take out the Wizard, but if you have a lot of hand, the Absolute may overhook in medium oil, plus you may also want a medium oil ball that doesn't have such an angular backend. Still, the Absolute could easily cover your medium to medium oily lane situations. From what I hear, the Vapor Zone and Absolute Inferno have the same basic reactions. There's just little differences in the core specs that change the action, but very mildly, so average bowlers (like us) may not notice any real differences, and shouldn't need one or the other in particular, let alone both. That being said, the Absolute is still know for versatility, and the Vapor Zone is less popular, but either way, take either one, and use it for the first ball you throw that day.
