Which overseas Zone is like the Ult. Inferno?
« on: August 09, 2006, 01:35:34 AM »
I know that one of the overseas releases was supposed to be similar to the Ult. Inferno, but I can't remember which one. I tried looking on bowlingballreviews.com, but I couldn't find anything. Do you any of you guys remember anything about this? I think it was one of the Bionic Zones.

The main reason why I ask is because my shop has a red-blue overseas zone that I think is the one that I'm thinking of, and since he's closing it out at a great price, I'd consider picking it up. Any info you all could provide would be helpful.

The Red Alert 900 (recently deceased) is a 100% UI in red and black.

The current Hyper Zone H is another 100% UI copy, just in grey and black.

The Bionic Zone II is/was a red/blue solid, but it has PK22 and an asymmetrical core with a medium RG, the one from the TZ and WZ. Coverstock is, as far as I know, snappier than solid Activator at the same finsh.

If you need some more info on international balls, try http://www.brunswickbowling.com/brunswick_ball_talker_cards and scroll down - there are many (if not all) int. balls that have ever been released.
