been having trouble with my SI in that it was so condition specific, any amount of heavier oild anywhere and it was erratic.
took it down to 220 grit, then applied rubbing compound to buff it back up to a semi sheen gloss. put in sink for 2-3 minutes to make sure all polishing compound was off the ball.
Now the ball is like a smooth tank. I mean it never hooked early yet had amazing backend even on carrydown. just smacking pins around. hopefully this stays like this cuz it is like a different ball. glossy yes, but bot highly glossy. sweet!
