I've read the great reviews, seen the tapes before Brunswick took them down on their site.

To our Brunswick experts.

How great do you think this ball 3 to 4 inch pin out NIB 3 ounce top will be on a sparky wet dry?

My Sonic X pearl is too much my Sonic X solid is Smooth and can almost handle the outside friction of this sparky wet dry that has a BOX of Sandpaper at the end of the 35 foot pattern.

Lefty, I had one of these that I used on Cheetah. I drilled it with a weak pin and strong drilling angle pin down to help smooth it out some. For me, I drilled it 30x6x70, no hole was needed. I am slightly Rev dominant.
Remember, this is a pearl and will want to be flippy with that much dry. I would also suggest knocking the polish off of the cover. This will assist with the ball trying to read the dry to hard and skiiding to much in the oil. Let me know if you need anything else.

I'm no Brunswick guru but I had the Green/Black Pearl. It's the PK 18 pearl but the core has a very limited differential. I found it to be exceptionally smooth even though I am rev dominant. The same cover on the Karma pearl with a larger differential had a much stronger backend.

Unless you force the Green/Black Avalanche with an extreme flippy drilling and maybe extra polish or unless yo are extremely rev dominant, I think the ball will remain RELATIVELY even reacting, when used on the appropriate amount of oil.

That said, with 25' feet of sanded backend, even I wouldn't start with a polished coverstock, unless it were urethane. Start with at least 4000 grit and a pin under drilling, UNLESS you are speed dominant.

Thanks for the comments.  I was thinking similarly.  It is amazing how hard my Polished Sonic X Pearl explodes to the pocket on this pattern early in the night.  And how smooth the Same core is in solid.  But sometimes not enough for carry always.

On the Right(a shot which acts longer) I have been impressed with the Damage lightly scuffed from Brunswick.
