does anyone have this ball with pin above the finger like 4 1/2 to 5 would it be to weak? i have a twisted that i love with pin below fingers and about 4 inch from pap.my pap is 4 1/2 and 1/4 up with not sure how many revs maybe around 200 and 15mph ball speed. im wanting to play more up the boards on broken down to fried house shot would this ball be a good choice to be able to move right and stand in the dry like on 10 to a slight swing but still be able to recover?

I don't think a 4 1/2" to 5" pin on a Slide would be too weak. The Slide is sneaky strong, but not so much so that it won't work on broken-down house-type shots.
FWIW, I have an Av Solid with a 5" pin-above layout that I use to play more direct on the burn. I also have a Slide drilled 4" above, and it's noticeably stronger than the Solid.

have mine with a 4.5 pin to pap layout and my rev rate is probably about 420, with 18mph. on a fresh house shot with strong backends i can play 15 to 5 all day.

I just got a slide, and drilled it up weak. Pin 5 3/4" to pap. The ball allows me to play closer to friction than any of my other current balls do.
