Replacement for Smokin Inferno

I've decided that its about time for me to retire my Smokin Inferno. It is geting beaten up alot and I what to save my first 300 ball. It is drilled 6" up (pin is 5" above midline). What ball and drilling would be a good replacement? It glides down the lane with a very sharp turn at the breakpoint. I was thinking of a similarly drilled Av. Solid or a 5" pin up Av. Pearl.

What are your thoughts and experiences???

Smokin'...hmmmm.....

Low RG, skid/flip cover.  Twisted Fury maybe?  I'm not sure.  Hopefully Ric will help you out here.  I've seen alot of them around here, they can turn the corner pretty sharp with the right layout.

The Twisted would be a nice replacement. The Smokin' was known for great length and carry, and the Twisted is pretty close. Mine's a little less sharp at the break point than the Smokin', but I probably play the identical line to the pocket...

I would have to say the Fury Pearl is close. The Twisted is an Assym.
