Title: ?would the intense inferno be a good med sport shot ball ?

I'm kinda new to the game and i was wondering if this ball would do a good job on a sport shot? or is it too jumpy ? I have mine drilled with the pin above ring cg 1" to the right of grip line.  I know this ball has this stuck to the lane technology and it would make sence this ball would work well im jus wondering.
