Axis weight drillings
« on: September 13, 2010, 01:05:59 AM »
Most bowler's ask for skid-flip reactions. Many need a ball that just rolls. Normally a rolling ball carries better and more consistantly. I put drillings in balls to complement the bowler and the ball. On many of today's surfaces, a  pin-axis drilling will snuff out any over-under reaction (what most bowler's call being inconsistant). There are many variations of axis drillings. If you are hitting the pocket 'too hard', perhaps a smoother axis reaction is what you reaslly need. "Rico" drillings didn't carry well for me, so I went back to axis. Good Luck, Good Bowling, and good Balls.
