Closest in current lineup to Wild Thing

 What ball in the current lineup would have the closest reaction to the Wild Thing? I really like the reaction I am getting from the Wild Thing. I believe the Wild Thing had a pearlized version of the Connexion coverstock. Looking at the current lineup, my guess would be the Loaded Revolver. The LR has the Propel X coverstock, which I thought was a solid. Any help will be much appreciated.

The Loaded Revolver is a pearl, and it will be close. It will be more angular off the spot and a couple more boards hook.

Another option would be the Massive Damage, it might be a touch smoother and a board or so less. I have a Wild Thing and Massive drilled almost identical and the Massive is at most 2 boards less but smoother off the spot.

I guess it depends on which aspect of the Wild Thing reaction you're seeking.

 

For me, the Lethal Revolver has a similar look in the front part of the lane, but doesn't respond quite as quickly to friction.  The Massive Damage gives me a similar shape at the break, but is straighter through the front than the Wild Thing.  So you could actually get pretty close by starting with either ball, and adjusting the surface until you get the look you're after.

Thanks for the replies.  I am looking for a ball in the current lineup that would have a reaction on the backend similar to the Wild Thing.  With this in mind, would the Loaded Revolver be a good choice?

For me, the Loaded has a much slower reaction to friction than the Wild Thing.  I usually can't use my Loadeds unless there is a decent amount of friction to the outside or in back.  So if you're looking for something with Wild Thing back end, you'd probably be better served with the Massive Damage.

why not just drill another Wild Thing then you know you will have the same reaction? I know where you can still get them NIB
