Question about Intense Inferno
« on: December 17, 2006, 01:48:37 AM »
Hey everybody!
I recently picked up a used Intense Inferno from my uncle. 1st drill, not so good condition with little black marks on the surface. I have some questions regarding this ball that i hope you users could answer Should i resurface this ball and redrill it?, Could you use this ball on a medium-dry lane condition?, and What kind of reaction would i expect out of this ball? I am a stroker that likes to play in with medium revs. Thanks alot!

Intense Inferno is more a compliment on Blazing inferno. High Rev and works really will on Medium+ Oil. Definitely you need to resurface and Redrill if not drilled for you. Good ball but it get easily get obvious black mark due to return belt burns.

i've got an II that i had redrilled, the cover was in pretty good condition and i had it drilled to go long but very aggressive in the back end, i had it dulled up for a while when i didn't have as many revs as i do now and it worked pretty well, right now i have it polished though. with it polished, when it hits the dry it just takes off at the break point and kills the pins  but pull it and keep it in the oil and it'll slide, maybe leave a weak 10 but ya don't give up on the intense its a great ball i love mine and i've had a couple 279's with it
