Title: Ball similar to Victory Road
Post by: Kyle on March 08, 2013, 04:38:30 PM
I'm looking to replace my Victory Road so I'm wonder what would be something similar.  Maybe a Meanstreak?  Everyone's opinion is welcomed.

If you want something with a Victory Road type of break point, the C300 Violent Eruption can give you that look. Or you can add a bit of polish to a Hy-Road and come somewhat close.

I'm sure you can still find one elsewhere before residing with a different ball

The Hyroad is signicantly earlier than the Victory Road, regardless of polish used.

You could look into several balls really.

Columbia Violent Eruption
Hammer Wrench
Storm Crossroad
Hammer Jet Black Taboo
Ebonite Innovate
Columbia Vow
Storm IQ Tour Pearl
Roto Grip Wrecker

You may not get the exact same reaction as the VR.  But all of the balls listed above will give you some angularity while still being able to handle a decent amount of oil.
