Avalanche solid would be a good choice. If she goes to a ball that's too weak she may develop some bad habits by trying to "make it hook" while she learns the proper release, etc.
For that reason I also think that a stronger ball works well. She'll probably keep it relatively tame while she learns the release, and as she does learn, the ball can respond with the "more hook" she'll inevitably want at that stage. Stay with symmetrical core balls as they will be more forgiving until she becomes more consistent, too.
