Danger Zone 2 carbide
« on: July 05, 2003, 09:24:16 AM »
OK guys/gals, help me out a bit. I just acquired one of these in a trade, it is NIB. I am not a big fan of Big B.....so please, help me pick a layout that is good to use on this ball.

I want it to fit just below my Track Mutant and just above my Track Freak Out.

Mutant is drilled for heavy oil, and the Freak out is drilled for length but with an arc backend.

Suggestions?

Since B'wick says it's a low RG, I have to assume the higher one is wrong.
2.441 + .041 = 2.481 is my guess for the higher RG, which is still very low.

Just got my DZ II Carbide, so I decided to take a look at the drill sheet.  It says that the low RG is 2.541, and the high RG is 2.582.  This makes sense, given that the core is *very* similar to that of the SmashR and Frenzy.

Maybe it's the other way around.

I just lost an ebay bid on the ball; it sold for $51 plus shipping.
Pretty cheap for such a ball, but I guess it is still mostly an unknown quantity.
