BK...(or anyone else)
« on: March 13, 2005, 11:32:51 AM »
I currently Have a Classic Zone drilled Pin under ring CG out small x-hole. It is Kinda tracked up and it tends to jump alot because of this. I was wondering if the Absolute would be a good replacement for this? maybe with the same drilling? What difference will I notice on medium-light conditions.

Well Im usually on Medium. Right now my lineup is Fire Quantum/Impulse/Classic. Impulse/Fire Quantum are too strong for the conditions. The Classic Is too weak. Plus it is very jumpy.

The way I release the ball with skid/Snap equipment I can't get a good lane read.

Ok well first you said "medium to light oil" then "mostly medium oil", which is it? If its light oil, a slay/r or a punisher drilled to arc would be ok. If its medium, a Monster Bruiser would roll strong, but even. An absolute would work, if your so set on getting one.

I kind of want one because of the Hype. That and I can usually tell how a Ball will work for me by the way nick throws it. And it is Med-Light. But I have decided to use the Classic for the Light. (resurfacing it thanks to your words of wisdom) And getting an absolute if someone has one for trade used with 4-1/2 Span (or 4-3/8)
