The videos are in Windows Media format and Firefox doesn't support that out of the box.  You need to either download in install a plugin (which I personally don't recommend) to get it to work through your browser, or just right click on the video link -> choose "Save Link As".  This will download the file to your computer where you can then double click and watch it.
