Hello all,

        Maybe someone can help with this. I want to get a 4.5 before i bowl a regional in Jonesboro Arkansas and i know the release date is the 12th of July. My question is when will the PBA members get there pricing and do they get there early. The regional is the 16 of July. Any info is helpful

Brunswick no longer participates with the PBA discount program.  According to Brunswick, there were multiple people buying balls at the discounted price, and selling them for a profit.  Brunswick tried to work with the PBA, but the PBA said that there is nothing they can do.  So, Brunswick doesn't release the balls early to PBA members.  I would suggest checking with your local pro shop so that they can order one and they should get it when it is released.  As a side note, I was at the Eastern Regional tournament yesterday, and 2 people were using the 4.5 on the Chameleon pattern.  All I can say is WOW!  The ball is very clean through the front part of the lane, and really drives through the pins.  I can't wait to get one when they come out.
